9Game: Welcome to the world of the popular card game called Teen Patti-Indian Poker. Here comes the introduction of the game rules.



If you are a seen player
If the player that bet before you is seen, you must bet at least the current stake OR bet twice the current stake.
If the player before you bet blind, you must bet at least twice the current stake OR bet four times the current stake.
Example (when playing seen: (a) if the player before you is seen and bet 10, you can bet either 10 or 20 (b) if the player before you is blind and bet 10, you can bet either 20 or 40
The betting continues in this way until one of the following happens:
All players except one fold their cards. In this case, the last surviving player wins all the money in the pot, irrespective of the cards held and his cards are not exposed to anyone.
All except two players fold and one of the final two players at their turn pays for a show. In this case, the cards of both players are exposed and compared and the player with the better hand wins. If both players have the same hand, the player who did not ask for the show wins.

The game and betting process:The dealer is chosen randomly and cards are dealt clockwise with players taking turns around the table. Each player can either put an additional bet into the table to stay in or bet nothing and fold. Everybody is dealt three cards and the boot is automatically deducted from each player and added to the pot at the start of the game. Pot is the collection of money at the center of the table. Players have the option to look at their hand before betting (playing seen) or to leave their cards face down on the table (playing blind). Blind players can click “see” to see their cards at any time during the game. Once a blind player sees their cards, they become a seen player. The amount that you have to put in at your turn in order to stay in the game depends on the current stake, and whether you are playing blind or seen. At the start of the game the current stake is the minimum bet. During the game, the current stake is the bet placed by the player who bet before you. If you are a blind player (you have not looked at your cards)
If the player that bet before you is seen, you must bet at least half of the current stake OR bet the current stake.
If the player that bet before you is blind, you must bet at least the current stake OR bet twice the current stake.
Example (when playing blind): (a) if the player before you is seen and bet 10, you can bet either 5 or 10 (b) if the player before you is blind and bet 10, you can bet either 10 or 20.

Teenpatti (also spelled Teenpathi and sometimes referred to as Flash) is a gambling card game that originated in India and became popular in Southeast Asia. Teenpatti is India’s twist on 3 card poker and is identical to 3-card brag which is popular in the UK.
Ranking of the hands
Aces are ranked the highest and 2's are the lowest. The objective of the game is to have the best 3-card hand and to maximize the pot before the showdown. The categories are ranked as follows (from high to low):
Trail (three of a kind): Three cards of the same rank. Three aces are the highest and three 2’s are the lowest.
Pure Sequence (Straight Flush): Three consecutive cards of the same suit.
Sequence (Straight): Three consecutive cards not all in the same suit.
Color (Flush): Three cards of the same suit that are not in sequence. When comparing two colors, first compare the highest card. If these are equal, compare the second and if these are equal compare the lowest. Highest flush is A-K-J and the lowest flush is 5-3-2.
Pair (two of a kind): Two cards of the same rank. Between two pairs, the one with the higher value is the winner. If the pairs are of equal value then the kicker card determines the winner. The highest pair is A-A-K and the lowest is 2-2-3.
High Card: A hand in which the three cards are not in sequence, not all the same suit and no two cards have the same rank. If two players share a common high card, the next highest card is used to determine the winner. The best high card hand would be an AKJ of different suits and the worst is 5-3-2.

For many centuries Ganjifa cards were used in India to play a variety of games. When in the mid 19th century Europeans brought us the now standard 52-card deck, we began inventing new games. Paplu (Indian Rummy) was one of the first and is still the most popular card game played here today. Others we invented include Seep, Mendikot, Dehla Pakad, Vazhushal, Langdi and our popular gambling game Flush, also known as Flash and Teen Patti or Teen Pathi.

There was a poker boom that made No-Limit Hold’em hugely popular in the United States. Leading up to the boom was the birth of online poker in 1998, and the movie Rounders which starred Matt Damon and Edward Norton was released that same year. It started growing in popularity when the World Poker Tour (WPT) began airing high stakes tournaments on television in the spring of 2003. This is reflected in the number of entries to the $10,000 buy-in WSOP main event. It went from 613 in 2001 and 631 in 2002 to 839 in 2003.

The real boom came following Chris Moneymaker (and to be clear that is in fact his legal birth name) winning the $10,000 buy-in 2003 WSOP Main Event taking home $2.5 million USD (about Rs. 1.36 crore) in prize money. What was significant about this is he was an amateur player that worked as an accountant. He won his entry to play in the event in an online tournament that cost only $39 to enter. What helped is that ESPN had coincidentally expanded their television coverage of the WSOP this same year. This became the most popular poker tournament ever shown on TV. It reached a point where reruns were played on a near daily basis.

After watching this episode, players flocked to play online. Other high stakes tournament series were created and aired on television while the World Poker Tour (WPT) ratings also soared.

The result was the number of WSOP entrants grew from 839 in 2003 to 2,576 in 2004, 5,619 in 2005, and 8,773 in 2006. The number of players playing online also grew, and it was around this time No-Limit Hold’em began to catch on in India.

To make a long story short, in 1960’s gambling was illegal in much of the United States. A group of gamblers from Texas discovered No Limit Hold’em. They decided that because it is an easy game to learn, and because anyone can win in the short term, but over the long run skilled players win the most, that it was a good game to promote.

After playing it in backrooms and all kinds of shady places, in 1967, four Texas road-gamblers Crandell Addington, Roscoe Weiser, Doyle Brunson, and Amarillo Slim moved to Las Vegas where poker had already been legal for 36-years. They got a casino to spread the game and worked hard to promote it. In 1969 the first ever tournament was held. The following year this became the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and was held annually every year since. In the 1970’s the US media began covering the WSOP’s $10,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament. This helped the game become better known.

Poker came to India the same way it came to much of the rest of the world. First, let me explain, there is no card game called poker. This is a name given to a family of card games that are all played by two or more persons. Some commonly played versions of poker are 5 card stud, Pot Limit Omaha and “the cadillac of poker” – Texas Holdem. Such games existed before today’s 52-card deck was even invented. What has greatly changed poker was the invention of the No-Limit Hold’em (NLHE) variant.

At no point did any entire country just start playing Hold’em as the recreational card game of choice. In fact, to this very day, in the United States, Spades, Hearts, Pitch and other social games are still probably more popular at kitchen tables than Hold’em is – the same way Paplu and Flush are so in India. But when it comes to playing cards for money, there is no game more ideal than Hold’em. Again, this is because it is easy to learn, and also because there are no partners – which makes it difficult to collude and cheat.

    Coins aren't worth it if they get you killed. As you run further, the temple run gets more difficult. This is a good time to stop worrying about coins and keep focusing on the upcoming obstacles. The coins will come on their own.

2. No need to buy angel wings any more, every time you die, you get a chance to resurrect at the cost of 1 gem. The cost doubles every time you die. So if you're willing to spend money, there's no limit to your score, I guess.
3. The flashing checkered flag and arrow at the beginning is the game offering you to use a Head Start at 2500 coins. Tap it to use.
4. The goal, run x meters without tripping, still allows resurrections. If you die by running into something.
5. The goal, x points without Powerups, refers to both powerups you pick up and those you use from filling the green bar.
