Town readies for Hay Day this weekend

Hay Day is a popular casual game and 9game wants to share some other news about Hay Day for players.

FARMINGTON — This weekend, thousands of people are expected to descend onto downtown Farmington for the annual Hay Day celebration. The 34th annual event is taking place from Friday, Aug. 21 through Sunday, Aug. 23, and will have a Candy Land theme.

“Hay Day is a staple for the community, something that people look forward to each year,” said Parks and Recreation Department Director Rick Conway. He estimated that this year’s turnout should be in the ballpark of 2,500 to 3,000 participants, including citizens of Farmington and other local New Hampshire communities.
Farmington’s Hay Day tradition dates back to 1981, when it was started by a group of local volunteers who ran the event for years. It was only recently that the town’s recreation department took the reigns and began organizing the festivities.Annually, it has been a chance for the community to gather in the downtown, allowing community-run organizations and small business owners to connect with local residents.Conway noted that the celebration brings the community together, and allows “those people who live on the outskirts, (and those) who own home businesses, an outlet to showcase (their products).”
Since its beginnings more than three decades ago, Hay Day has grown and evolved with Farmington and its residents. While the weekend-long event has always promised entertainment for the whole family, the recreation department has made efforts to listen to community feedback in recent years, and adapt the celebration to fit the population. For instance, this year the department will not be hiring an outside vendor to set up carnival rides.Conway stated that the feedback about the rides, “in the past couple years doesn’t fit the population that comes down, and the price of the rides isn’t a good fit for what we’re aiming to do.”
Instead, in an effort to become even more family friendly, Farmington’s 500 Club — a nonprofit organization that runs every town sport — and the Football Booster Club will be running family activities and games.Attendees to this year’s Hay Day can look forward to some annual favorites.Friday night kicks off the celebration with the traditional firework show, which Conway said is one of the biggest attractions of the weekend. Weather permitting, he expects an audience upwards of 1,500.
On Saturday, Main and Central streets will be closed to traffic starting at 8 a.m., and the vendors will open at 9 a.m. The Farmington 500 Club and the Football Booster Club will be running their events in the Peaslee Funeral Home parking lot.Saturday’s main event will be the famous bed race, which has been a big hit in the past. This year, it is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. on Main Street.“The bed race is huge,” Conway stated, adding, “the Police Department, Fire Department, all kinds of public officials shooting down on homemade contraptions — everything else stops and shuts down during the race, and everyone comes to watch for the 30 to 40 minutes it takes.”
To close out the weekend, the Fireman’s Relief Association pancake breakfast and the recreation department’s annual 5k road race will be held on Sunday. This year’s race will be run on a new route off of Main Street, allowing the street to remain open to traffic. Conway explained that the road race is an important part of Hay Day, as its proceeds help offset some of the costs of the weekend.

Hay Day: Are There Other Ways I Can Get Supply Materials with?

Hay Day is a popular casual game and 9game wants to share some other news about Hay Day for players.

Yes, there are. The pets. They are not easy to get. They are ugly (some of them) and seem to be useless. They loiter around for no good, trample fields down, and hamper you to wheat. BUT! They eat milk and poo land deeds. Excuse of all excuses.
Step by step: a player purchases an animal. The animal is hungry and stares at its empty dish or rack. Player fills the dish with respective food. The animal eats and falls asleep (it can run a short circle sometimes). Player taps the animal or blows the whistle. It wakes up and generates XP points and one supply material. Then it loafes for 6 hours. If its rack had been refilled, after 6 hours the animal eats again without any reminder and falls asleep again. Circle’s closed.
There’s no time counter for pets’ hunger, so I use a trick: next to my pets I have 1 field. When I wake them up and collect my items, I plant a tomato there. The tomato takes 6 hours to grow and it has time counter, so I’m always aware of the exact moment my pets get hungry again. Also, as I plant nothing longer that wheat and corn, the standard notification “All your crop are belong to us”… sorry, “All your crops are ready to be hervasted” indicates that it’s time to wake and feed.
Mechanics is the same: you feed pets once in 6 hours, and they generate you supply materials. Cats produce items once after 4-5 meals, and the count is cumulative: 4 cats will give you one item per 6 hours guaranteed. 6 cats from time to time will gift a patient player with 2 items at once. Dogs and horses have to be additionally investigated and confirmed, but should work similar.
Same as for wheating, a player should have at leas one free space (better two) before WAKING the pets.
Of course, mathematically pets are nowhere close to wheating, but hey, 6 milk is nothing! If there were a trader at this forum, who daily, 3 times in a day would exchange 6 milk for nail, or marker stake, or sometimes both, that guy should’ve had hundreds of friend requests!

Farm Heroes Saga Level 466 Cheats and Tips

9Game will tell you how to beat level 466 of Farm Heroes Saga.Hope you will like this casual game!
Farm Heroes level 466
To begin this level, the bottom half of this board is filled with spider webs. Make matches to clear the spider webs off of the board. Also, once you are able to reach the spider, make a match beside him to collect him from the board.
Farm Heroes level 466
Once you collect the spider, there will be a hay patch underneath where it was. Continue to clear the spider webs from the board to allow the sheep to move down to the hay patch. Make moves next to the sheep to make him jump to the hay patch and get collected.
Farm Heroes level 466
If you are having trouble removing the spider webs, use the shovel booster. The shovel booster can help you if you are running low on moves and do not want to waste them. Use the shovel booster to remove a cropsie that is in your way of making a great combination.

Farm Heroes Saga Level 421 Cheats and Tips

9Game will tell you how to beat level 421 of Farm Heroes Saga.Hope you will like this casual game!
Farm Heroes level 421
The most difficult part of Farm Heroes Saga level 421 is the sheer number of flowers required to pass the stage. The player only has 18 turns to make some magic happen down in Farm Heroes world! My stars, however will this come to pass?
The astute eye will notice there are sections of the board in Farm Heroes Saga level 421 that are extra efficient at the task of clearing flowers. The two “sweet spots” in the arm pits of the stage can stimulate up to 5 flowers at once, which is a major achievement with so little time available on the level.
After clearing the waves of flowers, there will be little time to collect the other required cropsies to win the stage. Try to make matches on the grass tiles underneath the flowers to double the value of the points the matches yield.
Farm Heroes level 421
Chain cropsy combinations are an invaluable tool on Farm Heroes Saga level 421. Chain cropsy combinations refer to matches made with 4 to 6 cropsies at once and provide unique bonuses to help the player beat the stage faster.
The 4 and 6 chain cropsy combinations produce similar effects to differing magnitudes, but both help pwn Farm Heroes in its stupid face. These combinations spread +1 point bonus tokens across the board, increasing the value of future matches of required cropsies.
The 5 chain cropsy combination is the ugly duckling of the chain cropsy family. Instead of dispersing point bonuses across the board, the 5 chain cropsy combination instead collects all cropsies of the matched subset. Talk about a sticky situation!
It should be noted that levels in Farm Heroes Saga with higher percentages of inessential cropsies are less effected by chain cropsy combinations. This is because collecting extra points on these cropsies does not help the player complete the level at all. This is what we in the business refer to as a mondo disappointment.
Farm Heroes level 421
On Farm Heroes Saga level 421 nobody has to collect onions. Just don’t do it, you’re wasting your own time. I thought you were better than this.
Why don’t you just go back to the bridge and start shootin H again, huh? You might as well be shootin H because you’re wasting your life with these onion cropsies.

Farm Heroes Saga Level 396 Cheats and Tips

9Game will tell you how to beat level 396 of Farm Heroes Saga.Hope you will like this casual game!
Farm Heroes level 396
Yes, Farm Heroes Saga Level 396 is a Rancid the Raccoon level. And yes, like all other Rancid the Raccoon levels, it’s more annoying than it is difficult.
Fortunately, you can use four cropsies against him. Unfortunately, there is a fifth cropsy in the mix, making your goal a bit more challenging than it already is. Keeping this mind, it’s important to only make matches with carrots if you have to. Otherwise, stick to matching apples, strawberries, suns, and water drops.
The first thing you’ll need to do in order to beat Rancid is break through the thick layer of ice blocks at the bottom of the board. This layer is preventing you from placing your crops on grass.
Make horizontal matches alongside the blocks in order to break them. You can make vertical ones as well, but horizontal ones have a bigger impact. Make sure to use one of the cropsies Rancid doesn’t like when making these matches.
Farm Heroes level 396
Once you’ve cleared up some of the ice blocks, start to move your cropsies toward the grass patches as the bottom of the board.
Placing your cropsies on the grass will increase their value, making them super effective against Rancid the Raccoon. In a level like this, you want to make sure all of your matches are of a higher value. You can’t waste a move on a small match.
Another great way to hurt Rancid is to make a match of five or more with your cropsies.
Farm Heroes level 396
If you still need help collecting extra cropsies or breaking ice blocks, be sure to use a shovel. However, donêt use all of your shovels at once.
Spread your shovel usage out so that you are using them to help you with multiple issues. In other words, only use them when absolutely necessary.
The color collector booster can also be useful. Use it to remove all of one color cropsy from the board. For this level, you’ll want to use it on the carrots because they don’t affect Rancid

Seven Tips on Farm Heroes

9Game will tell you how to beat level 4 of Farm Heroes Saga.Hope you will like this casual game!

Image result for Farm Heroes tips

Tip 1: Grow from the ground up
Whenever you match Cropsies towards the bottom of the game board, you have more chance of creating a cascading effect towards the top. So, for example, if you have moves at the bottom that you think are beneficial to you, always make those over moves towards the top of the game board. You will gain new Cropsies and have a better chance of getting a combo.
Tip 2: Cropsies are similar to candy...
If you play Candy Crush Saga, similar combos will apply to Farm Heroes Saga also. We recommend matching rows of three, four or five Cropsies as well as matching Cropsies in "L" and "T" shapes. These combinations will rack up your points faster than the standard simple match three moves. You should especially look out for matches of five Cropsies in a row since it completely clears all crops of that kind on the board. This is a very useful move on almost any occasion.
Tip 3: Don’t spill your Magic Beans
We know he's a pain, but remember, you don’t need to use all of your Magic Beans on Rancid the Raccoon! Magic Beans certainly act as a helping hand, but Rancid can also be defeated without them.
Did you know that Magic Beans can be saved and used to buy the Shovel booster,  which is great for clearing problematic Cropsies that are blocking a match. If you play Farm Heroes Saga on Facebook you can also use Magic Beans to activate Farm Club Companions, which help you to clear Cropsies faster.
When you complete a level in Farm Heroes Saga, you will receive additional Magic Beans. The number of Magic Beans you receive will depend on the number of stars you achieve. The maximum amount of Magic Beans you can receive for each level is 250.
Tip 4: Harvest your Cropsies
The number of points you receive is based on how many Cropsies you collect. Multipliers (numbers on the Cropsies) will help you to double your points.
For example each Cropsie is worth one point and a multiplier on the Cropsie adds extra points (depending on the number) making it much easier to collect the required number of Cropsies. This will also increase your chances of having extra moves at the end of the level, which you can use to collect bonus points.
Tip 5: Flower power
In levels where flowers come into play, you should try and clear the flowers in tricky locations first. It's much more difficult to match Cropsies in rows of four or more, when there are flowers on the board, meaning you may require more moves to achieve the level objective. Instead, pluck your flower goal first, then focus on matching the other Cropsies you need.
Tip 6: Hatch those eggs
For levels that require you to match eggs in order to start hatching chicks, be sure you don't let too many eggs build up on the board; otherwise you'll spend more moves trying to get rid of them rather than clearing Cropsies to meet your goal. The best strategy is to keep all eggs gathered in one area when you can.
Tip 7: Use your boosters!
Boosters can make tricky levels easier. There are some boosters in game, which you can use once and they re-charge for free within 24 hours. You can also buy the Shovel Booster with Magic Beans or use Gold Bars to purchase other helpful boosters. In addition to buying boosters, Gold Bars also allows you to continue a level if you run out of moves.
